Cleaning, rhodium renewal, resizing and restringing are complimentary for as long as the piece exists — including for whoever inherits it.
Complimentary, always
Ultrasonic cleaning, polish, rhodium re-plating, ring resizing up to two sizes, and restringing.
Chargeable, at cost
Stone replacement, claw rebuilding after impact damage, and resizing beyond two sizes.
Never
We do not charge for a repair caused by our own setting. If a stone we set falls out, that is our problem.
Warm water, one drop of pH-neutral washing-up liquid, a soft toothbrush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Brush thebackof the setting — that is where the dulling happens, because that is where the light enters.
Do not use toothpaste, bicarbonate, alcohol or jewellery dips. Dips strip rhodium and attack porous stones.
Anything containing turquoise, opal, malachite, onyx, smoky quartz, amethyst, citrine, peridot or emerald. Ultrasonic energy travels into the fractures that give these stones their character and opens them further. Emerald is oiled; ultrasonic cleaning drives the oil out and the stone visibly greys.

Separately, and flat. Diamond scratches everything including other diamonds, so a shared pouch is a slow-motion accident. Sterling silver should be stored with an anti-tarnish strip. Pearls and opals need a little humidity and hate a bank vault.
Contact sport, heavy lifting, gardening, gym bars and moving house. Also whenever you apply fragrance, sunscreen or hand cream — the residue collects under the stone and is the single most common cause of a ring that has "gone dull".
