You can see everything
Every angle we photographed is on the site. Every component is drawn and separable. Every specification — carat, stone count, dimensions, gross weight, hallmark — is published. Nothing is withheld to make a showroom visit necessary.
The stones are chosen, not ordered
Jaipur is one of the few places left where you can put a tray of emeralds on a table and pick by eye. We do that. The certificate is issued afterwards, to describe what we chose — not to choose for us.
Somebody’s name is on it
Each reference is recorded against the setter and polisher who worked on it. It makes the work traceable and, more usefully, it makes the work better.
It is meant to outlive you
Complimentary cleaning, rhodium renewal, resizing and restringing for as long as the piece exists — including for the person who inherits it. Our heirloom service also restores pieces we did not make.
The admission
A small book means we will sometimes not have the thing you want. That is what the bespoke studio is for: it lets you specify a commission in full, in front of you, before you speak to anyone.
On price
We do not publish prices, because we do not make the same piece twice. What a commission costs follows from the design, the stones, the metal, the finish and the engraving you choose — so we quote it once we know what those are, and we quote it the same way to everyone.
