A cluster ring in 18K White Gold, Verdant Cluster is, carrying 23 stones and built around a gathered head rather than a single focus. It measures 14.2 × 12.8 mm face, and weighs 5.9 g gross. It sits in the signature part of the book, and is made to your specification — price and booking on request, once we understand what you want changed.

The brief was proportion before ornament. Emerald at this size wants a cluster treatment — the internal garden is the identifying feature, not a fault. In this form, clusters read larger than their carat weight, which is the point of them. Nine emeralds gathered like a hedgerow in flower, hemmed by a double furrow of pavé. Photographed from four sides because it deserves all of them.

The mount is cast in 18K White Gold, then filed, emeried and pre-polished before setting. The setting on ANG-16 is individual collet, clustered at 14.2 × 12.8 mm face. All 23 stones are seated individually against the reference tray rather than to a jig. Final polish runs on a bristle wheel at low speed to keep the edges crisp. Photographed from 4 positions because the back of this one is worth seeing.

Verdant Cluster is shown in 18K White Gold — 18K, 75% fine gold, rhodium-plated over a white alloy, renewed free for life. The same mount can be made in yellow gold, rose gold or 950 platinum, quoted on the metal weight of 5.9 g rather than a flat uplift. Platinum runs roughly a third above 18K on this design because it is denser and slower to work. All gold and platinum is BIS hallmarked with the ANAGARI maker's mark.

18K White Gold75% fine gold alloyed with palladium, then rhodium plated for whiteness. Re-plating is complimentary for life.

The centre stone is 0.94 ct. Total carat weight is 2.36 ct, made up of emerald and diamond. Emerald is Mohs 7.5–8 and oiled, which is universal — the internal garden is the identifying feature, not a fault. Colour is matched across the run under standard light, and any stone over 0.30 ct in a diamond piece ships with an independent certificate. Colour stones carry an ANAGARI identification report; IGI or GIA certification is available at cost.

EmeraldBeryl coloured by chromium and vanadium. Almost every emerald has inclusions — the trade calls them jardin, and they are a certificate of nature.

DiamondNatural, conflict-free and traceable to the cutting house. Graded by IGI or GIA above 0.30 ct.

Metal weight is logged against the approved first article and must fall within two per cent — 5.9 g on ANG-16. Six inspection gates sit between wax and packing: wax, casting, pre-polish, setting, finish and final. Setting is checked at ten-power on all 23 stones, and nothing advances on a supervisor's word alone. Made in Jaipur under one roof, which is why a query is answered the same afternoon rather than the next month.

Verdant Cluster was made with birthdays, birthstones and the pleasure of colour, May birthdays, twentieth anniversaries and green in winter and openings, dinners and any room you intend to be remembered in in mind. It photographs well, but it was built to be looked at from a foot away. Sizing runs IN 5 to IN 18; resizing up to two sizes is complimentary for life.

Verdant Cluster is one of the references we will rebuild to order. Straightforward changes — a different centre stone, a change of metal to yellow gold, carat weight up or down and a matte, satin or hammered finish in place of the polish — are specified in the customisation studio and add nothing to the lead time; booking and pricing follow once the specification is settled. Structural changes, such as taking this cluster to a different architecture entirely, need a conversation and a new CAD; that runs six to eight weeks from approval. Private-label and OEM versions of this mount are quoted from one piece upward.

Verdant Cluster sets emerald and diamond together, so: do not put this piece in an ultrasonic cleaner — Emerald will not survive it. Warm water, a drop of pH-neutral soap and a soft brush is the correct method. Work from underneath; the film that kills brilliance collects behind the stone, not on it. Rhodium renewal is complimentary for life and typically wanted every eighteen months on a ring. Remove before contact sport, gardening, and whenever you apply fragrance, sunscreen or hand cream.

ANAGARI offers complimentary cleaning and rhodium renewal for life. Book through Lifetime Care.

Made to order in 6–8 weeks. Complimentary insured delivery across India and to 34 countries. Thirty-day returns on unworn, unaltered pieces; bespoke and engraved commissions are final sale.
