A single sample and a thousand-piece run are quoted on the same terms. Nothing is gatekept behind volume.

The house
ANAGARI is a jewellery brand established four years ago, dedicated to creating jewellery that is as unique as the person wearing it. Every piece is thoughtfully customized according to the customer's preferences, from design and gemstones to metal, finish, and engraving.
We believe jewellery should tell your story, which is why every creation is crafted exclusively for you with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Nothing here is priced on a shelf, because nothing here is made twice the same way — pricing and booking follow the conversation about what you actually want.

How we work
The things a production partner should be able to state plainly, stated plainly.
A single sample and a thousand-piece run are quoted on the same terms. Nothing is gatekept behind volume.
Nothing is made speculatively. Every piece is customized to the person it is for, from design and stones through to engraving.
A working stone library held in-house, so a substitution is answered the same afternoon, not the next month.
Six signed inspection points between wax and packing.
Consolidated, insured and documented to twenty-six markets.
Recycled metal by default and audited stone channels.
Assayed alloys and lab reports travelling with the parcel.
Metal, stone, labour and finishing broken out in full.
Capability
Twelve disciplines under one roof in Jaipur, which is why a piece never leaves the building to have one thing done to it and come back a fortnight later.
Your drawing, your reference photograph, or a conversation and a napkin. We take the idea to a wearable first article and then to a repeatable run.
ExploreMade under your name from the first wax. Your hallmark, your inner-shank stamp, your box and your papers — our bench stays invisible.
ExploreCalibrated goods matched across a run, or a single exceptional stone hunted down. Jaipur is the world's cutting floor and we work it daily.
ExploreRhodium, ruthenium, yellow and rose flashes laid down to a stated micron thickness and verified, not eyeballed against a colour card.
ExploreHeavy gold over sterling, plated to a genuine 2.5 micron floor on a nickel-free base — vermeil that survives a season of real wear.
ExploreNatural and lab-grown, pointers through solitaires, pavé and channel and bezel. Melee matched by colour and cut within the parcel.
ExploreAkoya, freshwater, Tahitian and South Sea, drilled and knotted in-house. Graded for lustre and nacre before a single strand is strung.
Explore925 as standard, anti-tarnish alloys where a market demands it, and casting fine enough to hold a hallmark on a two-millimetre shank.
ExploreCold, hard-fired and champlevé. Colour matched to your reference chip and fired to a depth that will not chip at the shoulder.
ExploreIntaglio, cameo, cabochon and fantasy cuts carved on our own lapidary wheels — mother-of-pearl, onyx, malachite, carnelian, jade.
ExploreMoissanite, CZ and lab corundum cut and set to the same tolerances as the natural goods, for programmes that need the look at a price.
ExploreClasps, posts, backs, bails and chain made to your gauge so a repair or a re-order ten seasons out still matches the original.
ExploreConcept to carton
Drag the track. Every stage below happens in Jaipur, under the same roof and the same supervisor, which is the only reason we can promise a date and mean it.
A brief becomes a direction. We argue about proportion, wearability and price band before anything is drawn properly.
Hand drawing goes to parametric CAD. You get turntable renders and a stone plot to sign off before wax is cut.
Resin print, cast, and a first article finished to production standard — the piece you approve is the piece you receive.
Parcels are pulled, laid out under standard light and matched across the run for colour, cut and depth.
Casting, filing, setting and assembly. Work is batched by operation so a run stays consistent piece to piece.
Pre-polish, setting-back, final polish and plating. The stage that separates a good casting from a finished jewel.
Six gates, ten-power loupe, weight and dimension logged against the approved article. Failures return to bench, not to you.
Individually pouched, boxed to your specification, and carton-packed with a manifest that matches the invoice line for line.
Insured and documented to your door — customs paperwork, assay certificates and lab reports travelling with the goods.
Turn it over
The Empress Halo was shot four times on a motorised table — front, quarter, profile and reverse. Drag it. The gallery underneath the stone, the way the shoulders taper, the finish on the inside of the shank: all of it is there, because all of it is on the piece.
Where a piece exists in only one photograph, we build the third dimension instead — the stone tilts, the light travels across the metal, the shadow moves with it.
The emerald room
Sixteen pieces in the book are built around emerald, and no two of them agree about what to do with it. Cluster it. Channel it. Cage it in diamond. Set one, two carats, alone, on a plain gold band and stop.
Almost every emerald contains inclusions. The trade calls themjardin— garden. A stone without them should make you suspicious.
The bespoke studio
Ten diamond shapes, seven carat weights, five colour grades, six clarities, four metals and seven centre stones. The preview redraws on every click.
10 cuts, from round brilliant to heart
0.25 to 5.00 ct, in the seven steps the trade actually works to
D to H, IF to SI1 — the preview warms and clouds accordingly
Four metals, live engraving preview in the house italic
Curiosities
The anatomical heart. A winged horse. A goddess in relief. The pieces that are difficult to explain and easy to sell.
Craft
Cast, set, polished, checked — and checked again. Each reference number is recorded against the setter and the polisher who worked on it, which is both a guarantee and a small act of accountability.
Inside the atelier
The journal

Almost every emerald contains inclusions. The trade calls them jardin — garden — and a stone without them is more suspicious than a stone with.
Read
Three hundred and forty-two stones, set by two people at a microscope. A record of how long luxury actually takes.
Read
Yellow gold flatters warm stones and fights cold ones. Our head of design has been losing this argument, deliberately, for nine years.
ReadWhy houses stay
Every collection starts somewhere, and no house should have to commit to volume before the market has told it anything. Test at ten pieces, run at two thousand — the unit economics move, the terms never do.
A single named production manager carries your order from the first conversation to the final airway bill. Nothing is handed between departments, so nothing is explained twice or lost in the gap between them.
Whatever is developed for you remains wholly your intellectual property, stated in writing at the engagement. It never enters our sample book, never appears at a fair, and is never re-cut for another buyer.
Filing, setting and finishing are done by karigars who have spent decades at the same bench, not stepped down an assembly line. A machine-finished shoulder always reads as one, at every price point.
Lead times are quoted from real floor capacity rather than from what you would like to hear, and they carry a stated confidence. You hear about a slip from us before the date passes, not after.
Metal, stone, labour and finishing arrive itemised rather than blended into a single rate. When gold moves you can see precisely what it did to your unit cost, and argue with the line that moved.
Our engineering bench resolves the difficult constructions before production opens — a setting that will not hold, a shank that keeps failing, a stone that chips at the girdle. Solved at CAD, not discovered at gate four.
We will tell you when a construction is wrong for the price band or the market, rather than quietly quoting what you asked for. What is moving in the halls we exhibit at gets shared before the season, not after it.
The majority of our volume goes to houses we have supplied for more than a decade, several past twenty years. Partnerships compound; transactions do not, and we have built the business on the former.
Manufacturing runs to globally accepted quality standards with documented inspection method and audited sourcing. Hallmarking, nickel release, REACH and Prop 65 are handled inside the job, never billed as consultancy.
Material expertise
Ten material families we hold, cut, alloy or grade ourselves rather than broker. Each is described here as we would describe it to you on the phone — what it is genuinely good for, and what it costs you in exchange.
Emerald, ruby, sapphire, tourmaline, topaz, aquamarine, garnet, spinel and the long tail beyond. Ethically channelled and selected for consistency, brilliance and durability under setting — held as working parcels rather than printed in a catalogue.
Optically and chemically identical to their mined equivalents, grown to order and traceable to the reactor. They give a programme the same beauty with far greater pricing flexibility and a stable cost across seasons.
Natural and CVD, D through K, IF through SI2, certified where the weight qualifies. Melee is matched inside the parcel for colour and cut so a pavé line reads as one continuous surface rather than a row of individuals.
Higher fire than diamond and hard enough for genuine daily wear. Cut on our own wheels to diamond tolerances, so a mount designed for one takes the other without retooling the setting.
Akoya, freshwater, Tahitian and South Sea, graded on lustre first, then surface, then match across the strand. Drilled and knotted by hand on silk, so a strand hangs and wears the way it should.
925 as standard with anti-tarnish alloys where a market asks for them. Cast fine and rigid enough to carry stones on a two-millimetre shank without flexing or losing a hallmark over years of wear.
9, 14 and 18 karat in yellow, white and rose, alloyed in-house rather than bought in. That is the only way colour stays identical between a January run and a September repeat of the same piece.
A genuine 2.5 micron gold layer over sterling on a nickel-free base, verified by measurement rather than judged against a colour card. Thick enough to survive a season of real wear and be worth the name.
Hard-fired vitreous, champlevé and cold cure, colour-matched to a physical reference chip. Fired to a depth that sits flush with the metal and will not lift or chip at the shoulder.
Onyx, malachite, carnelian, mother-of-pearl, jade and lapis, carved and cabbed on our own lapidary wheels. Intaglio, cameo and fantasy cuts to your drawing, calibrated to the mount before it is cast.
Assurance
Quality control that reports separately from production, because an inspector who answers to the person whose numbers he is checking is not an inspector.
What the invoice says is what the parcel contains. Metal is assayed, stones are identified, and nothing is described optimistically.
Qualifying stones ship with IGI, GIA or GJEPC paperwork. Below the certification threshold we issue our own signed identification.
Wax, casting, pre-set, post-set, finish and pack. Each gate is signed, and a rejection goes back to bench with the reason attached.
Recycled metal as the default feedstock, closed-loop polishing sludge recovery, and no child or bonded labour anywhere in the chain.
Kimberley-compliant rough, named cutting houses, and a supplier list we will show you rather than describe.
A shared production tracker with photographs at each gate. You can see where your order stands without asking for an update.
Quoted lead times carry a stated confidence, and if a date is going to slip you hear it from us before it does.
