Customise this pieceReference STN-001 is a necklace necklace, made in 18K White Gold, carrying 148 stones and built around built to sit on the collarbone rather than above it. It measures 72.0 mm drop, and weighs 12.4 g gross. It sits in the high jewellery part of the book, and is made to your specification — price and booking on request, once we understand what you want changed.
This one began at the bench rather than on paper. Diamond at this size wants a necklace treatment — the only stone that scratches itself. Lost-wax cast in 18K White Gold, cleaned up by hand and pre-polished at the bench. The setting on STN-001 is rub-over bezel at 72.0 mm drop. All 148 stones are seated individually against the reference tray rather than to a jig. Final polish runs on a bristle wheel at low speed to keep the edges crisp. It passes six inspection gates between wax and pouch.
Onyx Cascade is shown in 18K White Gold — 18K, 75% fine gold, rhodium-plated over a white alloy, renewed free for life. The same mount can be made in yellow gold, rose gold or 950 platinum, quoted on the metal weight of 12.4 g rather than a flat uplift. Platinum runs roughly a third above 18K on this design because it is denser and slower to work. All gold and platinum is BIS hallmarked with the ANAGARI maker's mark.
18K White Gold — 75% fine gold alloyed with palladium, then rhodium plated for whiteness. Re-plating is complimentary for life.
Total carat weight is 6.42 ct, made up of diamond and black onyx. Diamond is Mohs 10 and untreated — the only stone that scratches itself. Colour is matched across the run under standard light, and any stone over 0.30 ct in a diamond piece ships with an independent certificate. Colour stones carry an ANAGARI identification report; IGI or GIA certification is available at cost.
Diamond — Natural, conflict-free and traceable to the cutting house. Graded by IGI or GIA above 0.30 ct.
Black Onyx — A black onyx selected in-house for saturation and clarity, matched by eye to the metal it sits in.
Weight, dimension and stone count are checked against the signed first article — 12.4 g on STN-001. Six inspection gates sit between wax and packing: wax, casting, pre-polish, setting, finish and final. Setting is checked at ten-power on all 148 stones, and nothing advances on a supervisor's word alone. Made in Jaipur under one roof, which is why a query is answered the same afternoon rather than the next month.
Onyx Cascade was made with the occasions that have historically called for white light, engagements, bridal portraits and the ceremony itself and the evenings that justify a jeweller in mind. It photographs well, but it was built to be looked at from a foot away. Supplied on a chain to your length; 40, 45 and 50 cm are stocked and anything else is made.
Onyx Cascade is one of the references we will rebuild to order. Straightforward changes — a different centre stone, a change of metal to yellow gold, carat weight up or down and a matte, satin or hammered finish in place of the polish — are specified in the customisation studio and add nothing to the lead time; booking and pricing follow once the specification is settled. Structural changes, such as taking this necklace to a different architecture entirely, need a conversation and a new CAD; that runs six to eight weeks from approval. Private-label and OEM versions of this mount are quoted from one piece upward.

Work from underneath; the film that kills brilliance collects behind the stone, not on it. Rhodium renewal is complimentary for life and typically wanted every eighteen months on a ring. Remove before contact sport, gardening, and whenever you apply fragrance, sunscreen or hand cream.
