Customise this pieceReference SI-089 is a pendant necklace, made in 18K White Gold, holding 34 stones and built around a single point of interest at the sternum. It measures 26.0 × 18.0 mm, and weighs 8.6 g gross. It sits in the signature part of the book, and is made to your specification — price and booking on request, once we understand what you want changed.
The drawing started from the stone. Diamond sets the temperature of the piece and white gold follows it — the only stone that scratches itself. In this form, the bail is sized to the chain rather than to the eye. An anatomically correct heart in white gold, every vessel modelled. The house’s most requested and least explicable piece.

Lost-wax cast in 18K White Gold, cleaned up by hand and pre-polished at the bench. The setting on SI-089 is rub-over bezel at 26.0 × 18.0 mm. All 34 stones are seated individually against the reference tray rather than to a jig. Final polish runs on a bristle wheel at low speed to keep the edges crisp. It passes six inspection gates between wax and pouch.
Cor Anatomicum is shown in 18K White Gold — 18K, 75% fine gold, rhodium-plated over a white alloy, renewed free for life. The same mount can be made in yellow gold, rose gold or 950 platinum, quoted on the metal weight of 8.6 g rather than a flat uplift. Platinum runs roughly a third above 18K on this design because it is denser and slower to work. All gold and platinum is BIS hallmarked with the ANAGARI maker's mark.
18K White Gold — 75% fine gold alloyed with palladium, then rhodium plated for whiteness. Re-plating is complimentary for life.
Total carat weight is 0.86 ct. Diamond is Mohs 10 and untreated — the only stone that scratches itself. Colour is matched across the run under standard light, and any stone over 0.30 ct in a diamond piece ships with an independent certificate. Colour stones carry an ANAGARI identification report; IGI or GIA certification is available at cost.

Every piece is weighed and dimensioned against the approved article before it leaves the floor — 8.6 g on SI-089. Six inspection gates sit between wax and packing: wax, casting, pre-polish, setting, finish and final. Setting is checked at ten-power on all 34 stones, and nothing advances on a supervisor's word alone. Made in Jaipur under one roof, which is why a query is answered the same afternoon rather than the next month.
Cor Anatomicum was made with the evenings that justify a jeweller, openings, dinners and any room you intend to be remembered in and the wrist and hand of someone who wears one piece well in mind. It is not a piece that needs a reason. Supplied on a chain to your length; 40, 45 and 50 cm are stocked and anything else is made.
Cor Anatomicum is one of the references we will rebuild to order. Straightforward changes — a different centre stone, a change of metal to yellow gold, carat weight up or down and a matte, satin or hammered finish in place of the polish — are specified in the customisation studio and add nothing to the lead time; booking and pricing follow once the specification is settled. Structural changes, such as taking this pendant to a different architecture entirely, need a conversation and a new CAD; that runs six to eight weeks from approval. Private-label and OEM versions of this mount are quoted from one piece upward.

Work from underneath; the film that kills brilliance collects behind the stone, not on it. Rhodium renewal is complimentary for life and typically wanted every eighteen months on a ring. Remove before contact sport, gardening, and whenever you apply fragrance, sunscreen or hand cream.
