Customise this pieceReference SI-045 is a band ring, made in 18K White Gold, set with 14 stones and built around continuous rather than centred. It measures 3.6 mm width, and weighs 4.1 g gross. It sits in the signature part of the book, and is made to your specification — price and booking on request, once we understand what you want changed.
The drawing started from the stone. Emerald sets the temperature of the piece and white gold follows it — the internal garden is the identifying feature, not a fault. In this form, a band has nowhere to hide a bad join. Emeralds sunk flush into a channel so nothing catches. The band a surgeon or a pianist would choose.

Cast in 18K White Gold by lost wax, then filed and pre-polished before a stone goes near it. The setting on SI-045 is rub-over bezel at 3.6 mm width. All 14 stones are seated individually against the reference tray rather than to a jig. Final polish runs on a bristle wheel at low speed to keep the edges crisp. It passes six inspection gates between wax and pouch.
Emerald Channel Band is shown in 18K White Gold — 18K, 75% fine gold, rhodium-plated over a white alloy, renewed free for life. The same mount can be made in yellow gold, rose gold or 950 platinum, quoted on the metal weight of 4.1 g rather than a flat uplift. Platinum runs roughly a third above 18K on this design because it is denser and slower to work. All gold and platinum is BIS hallmarked with the ANAGARI maker's mark.
18K White Gold — 75% fine gold alloyed with palladium, then rhodium plated for whiteness. Re-plating is complimentary for life.
Total carat weight is 1.28 ct. Emerald is Mohs 7.5–8 and oiled, which is universal — the internal garden is the identifying feature, not a fault. Colour is matched across the run under standard light, and any stone over 0.30 ct in a diamond piece ships with an independent certificate. Colour stones carry an ANAGARI identification report; IGI or GIA certification is available at cost.
Emerald — Beryl coloured by chromium and vanadium. Almost every emerald has inclusions — the trade calls them jardin, and they are a certificate of nature.
Every piece is weighed and dimensioned against the approved article before it leaves the floor — 4.1 g on SI-045. Six inspection gates sit between wax and packing: wax, casting, pre-polish, setting, finish and final. Setting is checked at ten-power on all 14 stones, and nothing advances on a supervisor's word alone. Made in Jaipur under one roof, which is why a query is answered the same afternoon rather than the next month.
Emerald Channel Band was made with birthdays, birthstones and the pleasure of colour, May birthdays, twentieth anniversaries and green in winter and vows, anniversaries and the bands worn after them in mind. It is not a piece that needs a reason. Sizing runs IN 5 to IN 18; resizing up to two sizes is complimentary for life.
Emerald Channel Band is one of the references we will rebuild to order. Straightforward changes — a different centre stone, a change of metal to yellow gold, carat weight up or down and a matte, satin or hammered finish in place of the polish — are specified in the customisation studio and add nothing to the lead time; booking and pricing follow once the specification is settled. Structural changes, such as taking this band to a different architecture entirely, need a conversation and a new CAD; that runs six to eight weeks from approval. Private-label and OEM versions of this mount are quoted from one piece upward.
Emerald Channel Band sets emerald, so: do not put this piece in an ultrasonic cleaner — Emerald will not survive it. Warm water, a drop of pH-neutral soap and a soft brush is the correct method. Most of the cleaning that matters happens on the reverse of the gallery. Rhodium renewal is complimentary for life and typically wanted every eighteen months on a ring. Remove before contact sport, gardening, and whenever you apply fragrance, sunscreen or hand cream.
