This one began at the bench rather than on paper. Emerald sets the temperature of the piece and white gold follows it — the internal garden is the identifying feature, not a fault. Cast in 18K White Gold by lost wax, then filed and pre-polished before a stone goes near it. The setting on SI-037 is shared-prong, continuous at 6.0 mm width. All 96 stones are seated individually against the reference tray rather than to a jig. Finishing is done in three passes, the last by hand, so the arrises stay sharp. It passes six inspection gates between wax and pouch.
Emerald Lattice Eternity is shown in 18K White Gold — 18K, 75% fine gold, rhodium-plated over a white alloy, renewed free for life. The same mount can be made in yellow gold, rose gold or 950 platinum, quoted on the metal weight of 7.2 g rather than a flat uplift. Platinum runs roughly a third above 18K on this design because it is denser and slower to work. All gold and platinum is BIS hallmarked with the ANAGARI maker's mark.
18K White Gold — 75% fine gold alloyed with palladium, then rhodium plated for whiteness. Re-plating is complimentary for life.
Total carat weight is 3.42 ct, made up of emerald and diamond. Emerald is Mohs 7.5–8 and oiled, which is universal — the internal garden is the identifying feature, not a fault. Colour is matched across the run under standard light, and any stone over 0.30 ct in a diamond piece ships with an independent certificate. Colour stones carry an ANAGARI identification report; IGI or GIA certification is available at cost.
Emerald — Beryl coloured by chromium and vanadium. Almost every emerald has inclusions — the trade calls them jardin, and they are a certificate of nature.
Diamond — Natural, conflict-free and traceable to the cutting house. Graded by IGI or GIA above 0.30 ct.
Metal weight is logged against the approved first article and must fall within two per cent — 7.2 g on SI-037. Six inspection gates sit between wax and packing: wax, casting, pre-polish, setting, finish and final. Setting is checked at ten-power on all 96 stones, and nothing advances on a supervisor's word alone. Made in Jaipur under one roof, which is why a query is answered the same afternoon rather than the next month.
Emerald Lattice Eternity was made with birthdays, birthstones and the pleasure of colour, May birthdays, twentieth anniversaries and green in winter and the evenings that justify a jeweller in mind. It photographs well, but it was built to be looked at from a foot away. Sizing runs IN 5 to IN 18; resizing up to two sizes is complimentary for life, though an eternity band cannot be resized and is made to a measured size.
Emerald Lattice Eternity is one of the references we will rebuild to order. Straightforward changes — a different centre stone, a change of metal to yellow gold, carat weight up or down and a matte, satin or hammered finish in place of the polish — are specified in the customisation studio and add nothing to the lead time; booking and pricing follow once the specification is settled. Structural changes, such as taking this eternity to a different architecture entirely, need a conversation and a new CAD; that runs six to eight weeks from approval. Private-label and OEM versions of this mount are quoted from one piece upward.
Emerald Lattice Eternity sets emerald and diamond together, so: do not put this piece in an ultrasonic cleaner — Emerald will not survive it. Warm water, a drop of pH-neutral soap and a soft brush is the correct method. Brush the back of the setting rather than the front — that is where light enters and where dulling happens. Rhodium renewal is complimentary for life and typically wanted every eighteen months on a ring. Remove before contact sport, gardening, and whenever you apply fragrance, sunscreen or hand cream.
