Sizing, stones, commissions, care and delivery. If it is not here, client care answers within a working day.
Order the complimentary ANAGARI sizing set — a full set of Indian sizes IN 5 to IN 18, posted free anywhere in India. Measure at the end of the day when your hands are largest, and at normal room temperature.
Every ring page lists the Indian size, the UK equivalent and the inner circumference in millimetres. Resizing up to two sizes is complimentary for life.
Dust is removed. Stones are not. We do not enhance colour, saturation or brilliance, and we do not composite a better stone into a worse setting. Where a piece exists in several colourways we photograph each one separately rather than recolouring a single image.
That the piece was photographed on a motorised table from at least three positions, and the viewer moves through the real photographs as you drag. Seven references are shot this way.
Where only one photograph exists, the viewer builds depth instead — the piece tilts, the specular highlight tracks your cursor, and the shadow moves with it. It is clearly labelled either way.
Yes, on almost everything. The configurator on each product page lets you specify the change, and the enquiry you send carries that specification through to costing. Structural changes — moving a five-stone band to a solitaire, for instance — need a conversation, because the mount has to be rebuilt.
Six to eight weeks from approval of the CAD. Add two weeks if you want a printed wax first, which we recommend and supply free on the more substantial commissions. Add five working days for engraving.
Oiled, which is universal and expected — an unoiled emerald of any size is essentially a laboratory curiosity. We do not sell resin-filled or dyed emerald, and treatment is stated on the identification report for every stone.
Anything containing emerald, turquoise, opal, malachite, onyx, amethyst, citrine, peridot or smoky quartz. The care guide on each product page states the correct method for that specific piece — read it rather than generalising.
We offer trade-in against a new commission at the current metal and stone value, assessed in the salon. We do not buy pieces back for cash, and we would gently suggest that anyone who does is not valuing them the way you do.
To thirty-four countries, fully insured, and complimentary on most commissions. Duties are the recipient’s responsibility. SeeShipping.
The ANAGARI box, the certificate or identification report, a care card specific to the stones in that piece, a polishing cloth, and lifetime registration in the care programme.
