The brief was proportion before ornament. Aquamarine sets the temperature of the piece and yellow gold follows it — the same beryl family as emerald, without the chromium. The mount is cast in 18K Yellow Gold, then filed, emeried and pre-polished before setting. The setting on SI-003 is rub-over bezel at 20.0 × 8.4 mm. All 24 stones are seated individually against the reference tray rather than to a jig. Finishing is done in three passes, the last by hand, so the arrises stay sharp. It passes six inspection gates between wax and pouch.
Aquamarine Halo Drops is shown in 18K Yellow Gold — 18K, 75% fine gold, warm, and the traditional choice for yellow and green stones. The same mount can be made in white gold, rose gold, platinum or 950 palladium, quoted on the metal weight of 4.9 g rather than a flat uplift. Platinum runs roughly a third above 18K on this design because it is denser and slower to work. All gold and platinum is BIS hallmarked with the ANAGARI maker's mark.
18K Yellow Gold — 75% fine gold alloyed with silver and copper for a warm, slightly deep yellow. Struck with the BIS hallmark and the house mark.
Total carat weight is 3.80 ct, made up of aquamarine, pink tourmaline and diamond. Aquamarine is Mohs 7.5–8 and heat-treated — the same beryl family as emerald, without the chromium. Colour is matched across the run under standard light, and any stone over 0.30 ct in a diamond piece ships with an independent certificate. Colour stones carry an ANAGARI identification report; IGI or GIA certification is available at cost.

Metal weight is logged against the approved first article and must fall within two per cent — 4.9 g on SI-003. Six inspection gates sit between wax and packing: wax, casting, pre-polish, setting, finish and final. Setting is checked at ten-power on all 24 stones, and nothing advances on a supervisor's word alone. Made in Jaipur under one roof, which is why a query is answered the same afternoon rather than the next month.
Aquamarine Halo Drops was made with birthdays, birthstones and the pleasure of colour, engagements, bridal portraits and the ceremony itself and a wardrobe rather than an occasion in mind. It photographs well, but it was built to be looked at from a foot away. Posts are 18K with butterfly backs as standard; screw backs and clip fittings are available at no extra cost.
Aquamarine Halo Drops is one of the references we will rebuild to order. Straightforward changes — a different centre stone, a change of metal to white gold, carat weight up or down and a matte, satin or hammered finish in place of the polish — are specified in the customisation studio and add nothing to the lead time; booking and pricing follow once the specification is settled. Structural changes, such as taking this drop to a different architecture entirely, need a conversation and a new CAD; that runs six to eight weeks from approval. Private-label and OEM versions of this mount are quoted from one piece upward.
