Complimentary insured delivery across India and to thirty-four countries.
Complimentary insured delivery on every order, by named courier with signature on receipt. Metro cities two to three working days from dispatch; elsewhere three to six.
Made-to-order pieces dispatch after the six-to-eight week production window. You will get a photograph of the finished piece before it is boxed.
We ship to thirty-four countries, fully insured and tracked. Shipping is complimentary on most commissions; where a charge applies it is stated on your quotation rather than added afterwards.
Duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by us. We declare full value; under-declaring invalidates the insurance.
Every piece ships in an ANAGARI box with its certificate, care card and a polishing cloth, inside an unbranded outer carton. Nothing on the outside indicates what is inside.
A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. If a parcel is more than three days late against its estimate, contact client care and we will open a trace immediately — you do not need to wait out the carrier’s window.
