Terms
The terms on which ANAGARI sells, makes and services jewellery.
Prices are not published on this site. Every ANAGARI creation is handcrafted and customized to the customer’s preferences, so pricing is provided on request once your customization requirements are understood. Quotations are issued in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST, and are held for thirty days from the date of issue.
Booking is likewise arranged on request and depends on the customization chosen, since the design, stones, metal, finish and engraving all bear on the making time.
Most pieces are made to order in six to eight weeks. This is an estimate given in good faith; a stone that fails inspection can extend it. We will tell you as soon as we know.
All gold and platinum is BIS hallmarked. Diamonds above 0.30 ct carry an IGI or GIA certificate. Colour stones are supplied with an ANAGARI identification report; independent lab certification is available at cost on request.
We photograph every piece under controlled light and do not retouch stones. Colour reproduction still varies by screen, and a natural stone is a natural object — the piece you receive will be the piece photographed, but it will not be pixel-identical.
Our liability is limited to the value of the piece. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Rajasthan.
